How do I shut off my water ?

Answer: Usually every house has a main water shut off valve located outside ether in the front or at the side. Most state and city requires a main shut off valve. If you don't have one, then you need to shut off the water from the water meter by using a special key (wrench) to turn off half way.

Where can I find a main sewer clean out access?

Answer: Most of the time old houses don't have any outside clean outs installed. If you have any then it has to be located outside in front of the house, usually approximately two feet a way from the house. If you don't have any, then we recommend one to be installed. In the future if you have any sewer back up that is going to make a lot easer for a plumber to snake the line and you don't want your house to get full of sewage.
